The winner of the 2016 District Championships T-Shirt Design Contest is Cheyenne Haliday who has won the $100 prize! Cheyenne plays on the Langford Lightning U14C team that recently participated in the Provincial Championships in Kelowna. Congratulations Cheyenne!
